Seacoast Paddleboard Club is excited to announce that we have teamed up with the Portsmouth Halloween Parade to host the 7th Annual Halloween Costume Paddle & Cleanup at Pierce Island on Saturday, October 24, 2024. This paddle is open to ALL paddle crafts, including kayaks and canoes.
Our day will start at 10:30 a.m. with on-site registration and a one-hour park cleanup of Peirce Island.
The main event will begin at 11:45 am with a captain’s safety meeting and briefing and group photo. Then, this freakishly fun paddle will depart from the Pierce Island boat ramp at 12 pm. While participating in this leisurely paddle parade, participants will have a chance to shock, spook, and delight our costume judges for a chance to win some amazing prizes.
Registration for this event is $10 for SPC members and $25 for non-members. All proceeds go directly to supporting the Portsmouth Halloween Parade.
In an effort to protect our playground, SPC will host a one hour island cleanup from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The cleanup is open to the public and bags, and gloves will be provided.
